I'm Paul and I'm glad you stopped by.
It's spring time in the Bluegrass. The blossoms on the trees are giving way to the leaves of summer. Horsemen are busy working in the hopes of a Derby entry and it's time to scrape the rust off the smoker and put on a fresh coat of paint.
It has been quite some time since my last post. Since then I have retired and now have time to do the things that make me happy. I guess eating is and has always been high on the list so BBQ is soon to fall on the plate. Another of my latest interests is Blacksmithing. Not to be a farrier but in an ornamental fashion. I will be sharing the photos and story of the building of my forge and anvil. Likes, dislikes or general conversations are always welcome. Let's build a fire and have some fun.
