Just wanted to share a photo I took of my little smoker in action.

I know, the smell out here is just something awful good.
On the rack we have 125 pounds of USDA approved fine meat.

2 - turkeys
1 - ham
1 - pork loin
2 - pork chops  (for lunch)
1 - duck
17 - chickens

 and no, there was not a partridge in a pear tree - though I am sure you were thinking that.
